知识管理视角下高校档案管理创新研究

Study on University Archives Management Innovation from the Perspective of Knowledge Management

知识管理是从信息管理的基础上发展起来并对信息管理进行深化和拓展的。基于对知识管理的阐述,分析了知识管理理论对高校档案管理的影响和启示,探讨了高校档案实施知识管理的路径与策略,以期通过知识管理新理念的树立、学习型组织的建立、知识型馆员的培养、知识资源库的开发、知识共享平台的搭建,促使高校档案管理模式向知识管理模式转型。

Knowledge management, which is developed on the basis of information management, deepens and expands the information management. Based on the expounding the knowledge management, this paper analyzes the influence and enlightenment of the knowledge management on university＇s archives management, and probes into the paths and strategies for implementing the knowledge management in university＇s archives management in order to promote the transformation of university＇s archives management mode to the knowledge management mode through establishing the new concept of knowledge management, constructing the learning-type organization, cultivating the knowledge-type librarians,developing the knowledge resources bank, and setting up the knowledge sharing platform.
