摘要 以永定庄煤矿5号煤层为研究对象,阐述了5302巷道掘进工作面复杂的地质状况、现有老化的机械设备及不稳定的安全技术条件,分析了影响煤巷快速掘进的因素,提出了优化掘进工艺、严格施工组织管理、衔接管理施工工序等相应措施以实现巷道快掘,并从采用综采机截割工艺、优化支护与运输工艺、改良作业循环方式等方面,确定了适宜永定庄煤矿的巷道施工方案。 Taking the No.5 coal seam of Yongdingzhuang Coal Mine as the study object, this paper expounds the complicated geological status, existing aged mechanical equipment and unstable safety conditions of the working face of5302 roadway, analyzes the factors influencing roadway's rapid excavation, puts forward some measures for realizing the rapid excavation such as optimizing the excavation process, implementing the strict construction organization management,and connecting and managing the construction process, etc., and from the aspects of adopting fully mechanized machine's cutting process, optimizing the supporting and transporting process, and improving the cyclic operation, etc., determines the roadway construction scheme suitable for Yongdingzhuang Coal Mine.
