从煤炭行业角度看,煤矿走向衰老报废是不可抗拒的客观规律。煤矿开采的是不可再生的煤炭资源,煤矿的生命力取决于矿井的可采储量,必定要经历开发、兴盛、衰老、报废、关闭这样一个过程。通过分析煤矿企业演变的基本轨迹及生存的同性特点,提出衰老矿井实现转产、转型再发展的策略及再生发展的4种新样式,以实现衰老煤矿企业转产转型和再生可持续发展。

From the perspective of coal industry,coal mine heading to aging scrap is a irresistible objective law.Coal mining object is coal,a kind of non-renewable resource,and mine＇s vitality depends on the recoverable reserves,so development,flourish,aging,scrap and closing of a mine is aninevitable process.This paper analyzes basic track of evolution and homosexual characteristics of survival of coal mining enterprise,and puts forward development strategy and 4 kinds of new styles for the aging mine to realize production change,transformation,and redevelopment,finally to realize aging coal mining enterprise＇s transformationand sustainable development.
