介绍了"五八二一"班组建设管理体系的内涵与主要内容,描述了神华准能集团建立"五八二一"班组管理模式的基本做法,阐述了集团在管理思路、成本管控、安全生产、工作方法等方面取得的成效,对其他企业构建班组管理体系具有一定的借鉴作用。
This paper introduces the connotation and main content of ＂5821＂ team building management system,describes the fundamental way of Shenhua Zhungeer Group setting up ＂5821＂ team management mode,expounds the achievements of Shenhua group on management idea,cost control,safety production and working method,providing a certain reference for other enterprise to build a team management system.
