摘要
以IcP—AEs法对钢铁冶炼过程中的高炉铁水样中的Si、Mn、P、Ti元素的分析为倒,充分利用了ICP—AIES法检出限低、精密度高、线性范围宽、基体效应小等优异特性,得到的分析结果为近似标准值,从而达到定值分析的效果,可以极大程度地解决实际生产检化验过程中,由购买的标准样品与实际生产试样之间的差异造成的分析误差。
This article makes the fixed value analysis of the Si, Mn, P, Ti elements in blast furnace hot metal samples by using ICP-AES method. The analysis takes full advantage of excellent properties of the ICP-AES method, such as low detection limit, high precision, wide linear range and small matrix effect. The results are similar to the standard values, so as to achieve the result of fixed value analysis. This can drastically solve the analytical errors in the actual production process of test and analysis, which are caused by the differences between standard samples and the actual production samples.
