摘要
通过分析高炉风口损坏的形式和原因，探讨了目前常用的风口检漏技术和方法。根据高炉实际运行管理实践，提出预防风口烧漏、烧穿采取的处理和预防措施，以及延长高炉风口寿命的措施。
Through the analysis of the forms and reasons of blast furnace tuyere damage, this paper discusses the commonly used tuyere leak detection technologies and methods. Based on the actual blast furnace operation and management practice, treatment and preventive measures for tuyere bum-leakage, burn-through and measures to extend the service life of blast furnace tuyere are put forward.
