摘要
为在CSP生产高品质的高强汽车结构热轧带钢,利用Gleeble3500热模拟试验机研究QStE500TM奥氏体再结晶行为,研究确定了最佳的轧制工艺方案,有效避免了混晶组织带来的性能恶化问题,使带钢力学性能均匀性显著提高。
In order to produce high quality hot-rolled high-strength automobile structural steel in CSP, the austenite recrystallization behavior of QStE50OTM were investigated by Gleeble 3500 thermal-mechanical simulation, the optimum rolling technological conditions are determined, the performance deterioration caused by mixed crystals are avoided effectively, the mechanical properties of strip are improved remarkably.
