转炉生产GCr15轴承钢的工艺实践

摘要 宣钢通过转炉双渣、高拉碳操作,控制终点(≥O.15%c,≤O.OO10%Ti),LF采用高碱度渣系精炼,连铸控制合理的过热度、拉速,生产的GCrl5轴承钢氧含量达到0.0008-4).0012%,氮含量0.0037--0.0050%,钛含量平均O.0026%,质量达到GB/T18254标准要求。 The GCrlSbearing steel is produced by Xuan Steel through the double slag process and catch carbon practice, the control of the blowing end( 〉 0.15%C, 〈 0.001 0%Ti) in converter, the use of high basicity slags in LF refining, the reasonable control of superheat and the casting speed in continuous casting. The oxygen content of GCrl5 bearing steel is 0.0008%-0.0012%, nitrogen content is 0.0037%-0.005%, and the average titanium content is 0.0026%, the quality of the GCr15 bearing steels reaches the technical requirements of the GB/T18254 standard.
