系统总结了宝钢广东湛江钢铁基地4200mm厚板搬迁工程的管理理念和实绩。简要介绍宝钢湛江钢铁基地4200mm厚板搬迁工程管理概况，进一步分析搬迁工程的管理特点，工程设计与机电装备集成的管理成效。通过搬迁工程综合管理，提升了4200mm厚板生产线工艺装备和控制水平，积累了厚板线工程搬迁设计和技术服务经验。
The paper systematically summarizes the management concept and practice of 4200mm thick plate relocation project in Zhanjiang Guangdong iron and steel base. The paper briefly introduces the implementation of d20Omm thick plate relocation project, and further analyses of the comprehensive management characteristics, engineering design and mechanical and electrical equipment integration management effect of the relocation project. Experience of project design and technological service are accumulated by the integrated management of relocation project in Zhanjiang Guangdong iron and steel base.
