摘要
用浸渍法制备了不同硅铝比的Hβ沸石浸Ni的烯烃齐聚反应催化剂 ,利用X射线衍射仪、红外光谱测定仪对此催化剂的C5~C1 4烯烃齐聚反应的性能进行了表征与比较 ,结果表明 ,此催化剂活性高、选择性好、对环境无污染 ,经载NiSO4 改性、水蒸气处理过的Hβ沸石的烯烃齐聚反应活性明显提高 ,并且载NiSO4 为 1 5 %改性的Hβ沸石催化剂具有更为良好的催化性能 ,此反应的最佳操作温度为 1 60~ 2 2 0℃。研究发现 :在Hβ沸石适当引入NiSO4 ,不仅使酸强度提高 ,而且酸类型也发生了变化 ,B酸有较大幅度的下降 ,L酸大为增加 ,使得催化活性明显提高。
Having prepared the catalysts loading nickel with different molar ratio of n (Si)/ n (Al), their catalytic behaviors for C 4-C 15 olefin oligomerization were studied with the help of XRD and IRS. The results show that the catalysts, especially modified by steam and loading nickel, are of high activity, good selectivity and no pollution. The ideal reaction temperature is 160~220 ℃. Based on the above study, loading metal iron nickel in Hβ zeolite not only enhances the strength of acid ,but also changes its type, i.e. lowers the strength of B-acid to a great extent and enhanced that of L-acid. Correspondingly, the catalystic activity is improved clearly.
