我国行业警察的履职能力训练管理研究——以湖南、广东等地森林警察为例

行业警察履职能力训练管理的水平层次,直接决定着行业警察履职能力的水平层次;行业警察履职能力的水平层次,直接决定着规范执法的水平层次。分析森林警察本职职能、配合职能和提醒职能等职能的基本结构,进一步细化本职职能包括森林安全、野生动植物保护和身体能力、森林的安全救助、救护等具体的能力内容,构想其"一体两翼"发展模型,并围绕目标、内容等提出相关管理思考,以期实现行业警察履职能力的提升。
