提高警察媒介素养教育这一新课题,已受到当下警界和学界的普遍关注,尤其是随着全媒体时代的来临,警察面对着来自新闻、网络等各媒体铺天盖地的信息冲击,直接凸显出全媒体背景下警察媒介素养的匮乏。通过对全媒体时代背景的分析,阐述了警察媒介素养的含义,提出了新时期警察工作面临的新挑战,指出当前我国警察媒介素养出现的问题,并提出全媒体时代提高警察媒介素养的必要性。

The new project of enhancing the media literacy of the police has been commonly concerned by the police and the academia. Especially as the coming of the omnimedia age, the police are facing the overwhelming impact of information from the media, such as news, network and so on,which directly highlight the lack of media literacy of the police in the context of the omnimedia. Through the analysis of the background of the omnimedia age, this paper expounds the meaning of the media literacy of the police, puts forward the new challenges of the police work in the new period, points out the problems of the media literacy of the police in China, and puts forward the necessity of enhancing media literacy of the police in omnimedia age.
