The public security police is charged with the important duty of safeguarding national security and social stability, protecting people＇s lives and property, eliminating and punishing the criminal activities. The sense of happiness is not only related to the stability of police work and the improvement of living quality, but also determine whether the public security undertakings can be sustainably developed. The factors that affect the sense of happiness of the police include occupational stress, social pressure and personal factors, so the author puts forward the strategy on how to improve the happiness index of the public security police from understanding their own needs,achieving the social support and establishing the positive awareness.
