摘要
当前学生党建工作已成为公安高校大学生思想政治教育的重要组成部分和有效实施途径。近年来,某警察学院在学生党建工作方面进行了大胆的探索和实践。通过建立以专业为主体的学生大队,使教学系(部)与学生大队连接的更加紧密,学生的理论与实践得到有效结合;同时也对新时期党员培养教育模式提出了新的要求。特别是教学系(部)党支部与学生党支部之间形成新的"党建育人联动模式",是培养合格公安后备人才的新要求。分析建立党建育人联动模式的重要意义,阐述党建育人联动模式的整体设计思路和具体实践情况;进而对通过党建育人联动促进公安院校大学生职业素质养成进行了深入思考,推进了公安教育工作的持续创新发展。
The party building work of the students has become an important part of the ideological and political education of the public security colleges and universities and an effective way of implementation. In recent years, a police college has carried out a bold exploration and practice in the party building work of the students. By setting up the student brigade with the major as the main body, the professional teaching department and the brigade of the students are connected more closely, so that the students' theory and practice are effectively combined. At the same time, new demands are put forward for the education model of the party members. Especially, how to form a new "linkage model of party building and educating people" between the party branch of teaching department and the students' party branch is a new requirement for cultivating qualified reserve public security talents. From the analysis of the important significance of establishing the linkage model of party building and educating people, this paper introduces the overall design idea and concrete practice of establishing the linkage model of party building and educating people; furthermore,makes a deep thinking on how to promote the cultivation of college students' professional quality through the linkage model in public security colleges and universities, with a view to promoting the continuous innovation and development of public security education.
