摘要
随着子午线轮胎用量的增加 ,开发性价比高的纤维帘布全自动裁断设备非常迫切。自动对接系统是实现纤维帘布全自动裁断的关键。主机传送带跑偏带来的垂直方向的位移远大于系统最低误差要求 ,因此 ,帘布的边缘值检测只能在对接前瞬间完成 ,否则边缘检测将失去意义。通过激光自动测边系统的全新设计 ,以及全数字交流伺服定位系统速度模式与位置模式的组合较好地解决了这一问题。实际运行结果表明 :系统综合性能指标符合工艺要求 ,定长裁断误差小于± 1mm ,对接成功率高于 90 %。
Developing automatic radial ply tire cutter with high quality/cost ratio is very urgent as increasing of radial ply tire demand. The key technique to realize automatic radial ply tire cutter is auto-splicer system. The vertical ply displacement with conveyor is far greater than the least tolerant error, therefore, testing the edgevalue must be done in the moment before auto-splicer is completed. Otherwise edge detecting will be non-meaningful. This problem was solved by a quite new design of laser edge detector with speed/position switching mode in digital alternating servo control system. The actual results show that system performance meets the technical requirements. Position error is less than ±1 mm. Success probability of butt joint is more than 90 percent.
