摘要 本研究以木芙蓉(Hibiscus mutabilis L.)品种牡丹粉和醉芙蓉的幼苗为试验材料,通过盆栽控盐的方法,研究Na Cl胁迫对两品种幼苗叶片相对含水量及SOD、POD、CAT等抗氧化酶活性的影响,分析其耐盐性及生理机制。结果表明:在盐胁迫下,醉芙蓉幼苗叶片保水能力较牡丹粉强,平均抗氧化酶活性高于牡丹粉,为木芙蓉耐盐性鉴定和园林栽培木芙蓉品种的选择提供了可靠的理论基础和依据。 Using seedlings of Hibiscus mutabilis L. cv. Zuifurong and Mudanfen as experimental materials,the salt tolerance and physiological mechanism were analyzed through measuring the leaf relative water content and antioxidant enzyme activities,such as SOD,POD and CAT,under Na Cl stress with pot culture method. The results showed that under salt stress conditions,the seedling leaves of Zuifurong had higher water retaining capacity and average antioxidant enzyme activities than those of Mudanfen. This research provided reliable theoretical bases for salt resistance identification and selection of Hibiscus mutabilis L. cultivars in garden cultivation.
