山东省食用菌产业科技发展趋势与对策

Technology Development Trend and Countermeasures for Edible Fungi Industry in Shandong Province

食用菌产业是山东农业的优势产业之一。作为食用菌生产大省,如何尽快推进产业转型升级,向产业强省转变,是"十三五"期间山东省面临的重点任务。为做好食用菌产业发展的科技支撑,进一步提升山东省食用菌产业技术水平,实现产业提质增效的发展目标,本文对"十三五"期间山东省食用菌产业科技发展趋势进行分析,并提出对策建议。

Edible fungi industry is one of the advantageous industries in Shandong Province. Promoting the industrial restructuring and upgrading to transfer Shandong Province from a big province to a competitive one is the key task during the 13 th Five- Year Plan. In order to enhance technical support for the development of edible fungi industry,upgrade the level of industrial technology and promote the quality and efficiency,we analyzed the technology development trend and put forward several countermeasures for the edible fungi industry in Shandong Province during the 13 th Five- Year Plan.
