摘要
通过建立测量不确定度的数学模型,对气相色谱质谱联用(GC/MS)法测量饲料中雌二醇的测量不确定度进行计算和分析,找出其主要的影响因素。结果表明:饲料中雌二醇含量测量不确定度为(k=2,p=95%时)(1.53±0.112)μg·kg-1。
Through establishing the mathematical model of uncertainty measurement, the uncertainty of Gas Chromatography-mass Sepectrometry in measuring of Estrone in feed was constructed and estimated. Furthermore,the sources were analyzed and synthesizd by termwise,the influencing factors were found out caused uncertainty in the measuring process. The results showed that the measurement uncertainty of GC/MS in measuring the Estrone in feed was put forward byk = 2,P=95%,(1.53±0. 112)/μg.kg-1
