丝瓜种质资源与遗传育种研究进展

Research Progress in Luffa Germplasm Resources and Genetic Breeding

丝瓜营养价值极高,具有重要的保健作用和药用价值,是我国栽培食用的主要蔬菜之一,深受广大消费者的喜爱。由于我国丝瓜遗传育种的研究起步晚且进展缓慢,为了提高我国的丝瓜育种水平,在对全国丝瓜种质资源进行调查分析的基础上,对国内丝瓜种质资源收集利用现状、丝瓜新品种选育以及丝瓜遗传育种的研究进展进行了概述,介绍了丝瓜育种遗传特性,分析了目前丝瓜育种上存在的问题,建议用传统的育种方法与生物技术、基因工程等现代技术相结合的育种方法进行育种技术改良、创造新的种质,并对今后的研究前景进行了展望。

Luffa has high nutritional value as well as important health effects and medicinal value. It is one of main vegetables cultivated for consumption in China, and is well received by the majority of consumers. Because the research progress of Luffa genetic breeding start late,in order to improve the level of Luffa breeding in China,the status of the collection and utilization of germplasm resources, breeding to develop new varieties,and research progress on genetic breeding of Luffa in China were summarized in this study. The genetic characteristics of Luffa, current problems and limitations, and it was suggested that the traditional breeding method combined with biotechnology and genetic engineering technology was used to improve and create new germplasm,and the prospects for future research were described.
