我国桂花的资源开发及综合利用研究进展

Research Progress on Resource Exploitation and Comprehensive Utilization of Osmanthus fragrans Lour in China

为进一步探讨桂花资源开发和综合利用途径,基于文献和实地考察,在阐述桂花种类、分类、分布等资源概况的基础上,总结了桂花在文化、经济等方面的多重利用价值,从桂花的园林绿化、食品和香料加工、主题乡村旅游归纳了综合开发利用的途径;并在分析产业发展问题的基础上,针对桂花品种选育、高效种植模式、营销渠道、产品深加工等提出了一些对策建议。

In order to furtherly explore the resources development and comprehensive utilization of Osmanthus fragrans ,the species diversity, classification and distribution of Osmanthus fragrans were summarized based on the literature and field study,and the multiple utilization value of Osmanthus fragrans in cultural and economic aspects was summed up. Moreover,the comprehensive utilization from aspects of greening,food and spice processing and thematic rurual tourism were also summarized. And on the basis of analysis of industrial development issues, some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward for varieties breeding,efficient planting mode,marketing channels and deep processing of products.
