摘要
目的:研究布地奈德雾化吸入配合阿奇霉素口服治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎的效果。方法:随机选取2015年1月-2016年1月在笔者所在医院住院治疗的肺炎支原体肺炎患儿84例,回顾性分析其临床资料,选取阿奇霉素口服治疗的42例患儿作为对照组,选取布地奈德雾化吸入配合阿奇霉素口服治疗的42例患儿作为观察组,并对两组患儿的治疗效果进行对比分析。结果:观察组及对照组的总有效率分别为100%(42/42)及78.57%(33/42),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组与对照组的退热时间分别为(4.67±1.53)d及(5.97±1.67)d、肺部啰音消失时间分别为(5.22±1.38)d及(6.69±2.34)d,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),此外观察组患者咳嗽消失时间和住院时间也比对照组短,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于儿童肺炎支原体肺炎应用布地奈德雾化吸入配合阿奇霉素口服治疗,可明显提高治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To study the effect of Budesonide inhalation combined with Azithromycin in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children. Method: 84 cases of mycoplasma pneumonia children in our hospital were randomly selected from January 2015 to January 2016, their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed 42 patients with Azithromycin treatment were selected as the control group, 42 cases with inhalation of Budesonide and oral Azithromycin treatment were selected as the observation group.The treatment effect of the two groups of children were compared and analyzed.Result: The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 100%(42/42) and 78.57%(33/42) respectively, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).The pyretolysis time of the observation group and control group was respectively (4.67±1.53)d and (5.97±1.67)d, the pulmonary rales disappeared time of the observation group and control group was respectively (5.22±1.38)d and (6.69±2.34)d, the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).The cough disappeared time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P〈O.O5).Condusion: For mycoplasma pneumonia in children, inhaled Budesonide combined with oral Azithromycin treatment can significantly improve the therapeutic effect, it is worthy of clinical application.
