摘要
通过对氨基苯磺酸钠(SPABS)与酚醛环氧树脂(F51)反应,在环氧树脂分子结构中引入亲水性的-SO_3Na基团制备了水性环氧树脂(SPABS/F51)。用红外分析测试仪、扫描电子显微镜和漆膜力学性能测试仪对水性树脂的结构、力学性能和分散相形态进行了表征。结果表明:对氨基苯磺酸钠通过氨基与环氧基的扩链反应引入到环氧树脂分子链上;SPABS/F51具有良好的水分散性能且对酚醛环氧树脂具有一定的乳化作用,分散相平均粒径为40~60nm。对氨基苯磺酸钠亲水基团的引入降低了SPABS/F51-D400聚合物的耐水性能;在(SPABS/F51)和F51物质的量比例为0.5~1时,(SPABS/F51)-D400聚合物涂层具有良好的耐水性和综合力学性能。
Waterborne epoxy resin (SPABS/F51) was prepared by the introduction of hydrophilic -SO3Na groups in the molecular structure of the epoxy resin using sodium p-aminobenzenesulfonate(SPABS) reaction with phenolic epoxy resin (F51 ). Structure, mechanical properties and the dispersed phase morphology were character- ized by fourier infrared spectrometer, the film mechanical properties tester and scanning electron microscopy. The results show that sodium p-aminobenzenesulfonate was introduced in the epoxy resin molecular chain by the amino reaction with the epoxy groups of epoxy resin. SPABS/F51 not only with an excellent water dispersion properties but also can as an emulsifier make the phenolic epoxy resin dispersion in water. Its dispersion phase particle aver- age diameter is about 40N60nm. The introduction of hydrophilic amino benzene sulfonate group make water resis- tant properties of SPABS/F51-D400 decrease. When the molar ratio of SPABS/F51with F51 is 0.5-1, the SPABS/ F51-D400 polymer coating has good water resistance and mechanical properties.
