民族地区精准扶贫的核心在教育——武陵山片区一所偏远乡村小学的调查与思考 被引量:19

摘要 教育是阻断贫困代际传递的最有效途径。偏远民族地区精准扶贫的核心在教育,基础在交通,长效在产业;基础教育是国民教育的基石,办好民族地区乡村学校,切实提高教育教学质量,关键在教师,根本在投入。目前,偏远民族山区乡村学校的现状令人堪忧,须以共享发展理念为指导,精准施策,优化顶层设计,加大财政投入;创新体制机制,加强师资建设;完善配套政策,综合施策发力;弘扬中华文化,倡导家庭教育;治标治本结合,引导社会共治。 Education is the most effective way to block the inter-generational transfer of poverty. In targeted poverty alleviation of remote ethnic regions,education is the core,transportation is the basis,and industry is the long term approach. Since elementary education is the foundation of national education,teachers play the key role and investment the fundamental role in running rural schools and improving teaching quality in ethnic regions. At present,the status quo of rural schools in remote ethnic mountain areas is unsatisfactory. Therefore,under the guidance of the concept of shared development,accurate policies should be implemented,top design should be optimized,and financial investment should be increased; system mechanism should be innovated to promote teaching body development; supporting policies should be optimized,and comprehensive policies should be carried out; Moreover,efforts should be made to promote Chinese culture and advocate family education; and both temporary and basic measures should be taken to conduct joint social governance.
