摘要
丹江口水利枢纽多目标调度是保障南水北调工程供水安全、充分发挥枢纽综合兴利效益的重要课题。如何统筹兼顾不同调度目标间的用水关系,实现调度方案的科学决策,是枢纽均衡调度的关键。在分析枢纽供水、发电、航运等调度任务的基础上,建立了丹江口水利枢纽多目标兴利调度决策指标体系;采用层级分析法对多个调度方案进行评价和决策,得到多目标兴利调度方案的均衡解。所得结论可为丹江口水利枢纽在实际运行中制定调度方案提供参考。
The multi-objective operation of Danjiangkou Hydroproject is an important issue to ensure the water supply safety of Middle Route Project of South-to-North Water Diversion and give full play to its comprehensive benefits. How to coordinate the water-use relations among different operation objectives and realize scientific decision-making of operation schemes are the keys to balanced operation of the project. Through analyzing the tasks of the project,such as water supply,power generation,navigation etc.,we establish the index system for decision-making of multi-objective operation of Danjiangkou Hydroproject,and evaluate and determine several operation schemes by Analytic Hierarchy Process,based on which the balanced solution of multi-objective operation is obtained. The results can provide reference for formulating the operation scheme of Danjiangkou Hydroproject in practice.
