摘要
从宏观层面看,"全面二孩"政策的实施,对于我国经济社会和资源的全面可持续发展具有积极而深远的意义;但从微观层面看,则意味着职场女性将很有可能发生两次生育行为并享受两次生育待遇,这就给企业的人力资源管理带来了管理的难度加大、风险增加、成本增加等问题,如何化解"维护女员工合法权益"和"追求利润最大化"之间的矛盾,实现"企业发展+员工幸福"的双赢局面是人力资源管理需要面对的挑战。
From a macro level, the implementation of "the universal two-child policy"has a positive and far-reaching significance for the development of economy and sustained development of our country .But look from the micro level, it means that career women will probably give birth to two children and enjoy fertility treatment twice, It brings many problems to the enterprise human resources management such as increasing management difficulty,increasing risks and costs.So how to resolve the problem of "protecting the legitimate rights and interests of female employees'and "pursuing maximum profits'and achieve the win-win situation of "enterprise development and employee happiness" is a great challenge which human resource management have to face.
