多国外军“9·3阅兵”驻训期间疾病谱及相关因素分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析"9·3阅兵"驻训期间参阅外军疾病谱特点及相关因素,为今后承担类似大型外军卫勤保障任务提供参考。方法收集北京某驻训基地外军就诊病历资料,参照国际疾病分类标准ICD-10,采用Excel表格进行整理和分析。结果驻训期间门、急诊就诊外军共计298人次,训练现场医疗处置患者47人次;内、外、专科就诊人数持平;呼吸系统疾病(74例)、外伤(40例)和训练伤(35例)例数较多,单病种发病最多的依次是上呼吸道感染(56例)、皮肤擦伤/水泡(33例)、骨关节疼痛/扭伤(12例)和肌肉疼痛/拉伤/劳损(12例);气候和国家所处温度带是疾病的影响因素之一。结论分析外军在我国驻训期间的疾病谱及相关影响因素,对今后在类似大型外军卫勤保障任务中合理抽组人员及配置医疗资源有重要意义。 Objective To investigate the disease spectrum of and related factors concerningthe soldiers from 17 foreign countries when they were trained in Beijing for the military parade so as to provide references for large-scale foreign military medical services in the future. Methods According to the international classification of diseases( ICD-10),data on foreign patients in the emergency and clinical departments of the training base were collected and analyzed with Excel. Results 298 foreign soldiers visited a clinic doctor during the training,and 47 ones were treated by a doctor on the training base. The numbers of patients treated by doctors of internal medicine,surgeons and those of special departments were similar. Clinical cases of respiratory disease( 74 cases),wound( 40 cases) and training trauma( 35 cases) far outnumbered other cases. Upper respiratory infection( 56 cases),skin abrasion or blister( 33 cases),joint pain or sprain( 12 cases),and muscle strain( 12 cases) were more common single diseases. Climate and temperature zones might have been the related factors. Conclusion Analysis of the disease spectrum and related factors of foreign soldiers during training in China may contribute to rational allocation of medical resources and a higher level of treatment in future tasks.
