舌护板在颊黏膜癌近距放疗中的应用1例

摘要 颊黏膜癌是最常见的口腔癌之一,其发病率在我国占口腔癌的22.5%-30.2%,在口腔癌中居第2或第3位[1,2]。头颈部复杂的解剖结构使得恶性肿瘤外科手术难以做到根治性切除,同时使得患者术后生活质量受到严重的损害,因此放射治疗已成为治疗头颈部肿瘤的一项重要的治疗手段。
