摘要 在远距离、大载量带式输送机项目上,多采用多滚筒多机驱动的方式。对于驱动皮带机这类柔性输送设备的关键是各驱动之间的转矩平衡,本文介绍了希望森兰高压变频器及配套的多机协调控制系统在远距离带式输送机项目上的应用,实际应用表明,基于转矩平衡的多机协调控制系统不仅能满足输送带的启动及力矩平衡要求,更具有智能化、控制简单、经济实用的特点。 In the long-distance, large-load belt conveyor project, themulti-roller drive is commonly used. For thetype of flexible belt conveyor drive device, the key lies in thebalance between thetorques of the drivers. This paper introduces the HopeSenlan high-voltage inverter anditssupporting multi-machine coordinated control system, as well as their application in the long-distance belt conveyor project. Practical applications shows that the torque balance based multi-machine coordinated control system can meet the requirements of conveyor launchand torque balance.Moreover, it also has the advantages that it is more intelligent, simple to control, and quite economical.
