摘要
未来智能制造时代,企业中所有设备与设备间、设备与人之间都可以互通互联,并与云端资源互通互联,构建完整的"互联网+制造"体系。智能制造不是简单的机器替代人的劳动,而是人与设备融合为一体,发挥各自的优势,形成新的生产能力与创造力。通过企业数据平台将用户、设计、环境、工艺、制造设备,物流、服务等要素即通过企业大数据平台将PDM、ERP、MES、SAP、IPhone或Ipad等互联互通,形成并联式全产业线的企业协同生产和人机交互创新的新系统,这是智能制造的本质。
In the future of intelligent manufacturing, in industries all the equipment can be interconnected with each other, and also connected with humans and resources on the cloud. In this way, a complete "Internet plus manufacturing" system is constructed. Intelligent manufacturing is not simply using machines to replace human labor, but integrating humans and equipment to promote their respective advantages. Therefore, new production capacity and creativity can be achieved. The essence of intelligent manufacturing is to interconnect customers, design, environmental conditions, processing technologies, manufacturing equipment, logistics, service, and so on, via the enterprise big data platform, and thus we can build new parallel production systems based on synchronous manufacturing and human-machine interaction.
