摘要 本文主要是基于合成氨工艺装置,实现HAPC优化控制系统的应用。合成氨工艺是化工领域比较典型的工艺装置,但实际中有些控制回路采用传统的PID控制器及简单控制方案难以实现所要求的控制目标。基于和利时在自动化领域20多年的技术积累及工程经验开发的HOLLi AS APC Suit优化控制软件包来实现目标的优化控制,将HOLLi AS APC Suit软件包用于该装置的一些重要控制回路,对于提高控制品质,减少能源消耗、提高企业效益,有着重要的意义。 This paper applies the HOLLiAS-APC Optimization Control System to the synthetic ammonia device to achieve the control objectives during the process, which is a typical chemical engineering unit. Required objectives are difficult to be realized using some control circuit.s, built up with traditional PID controllers and simple control sehernes. In order to make up the disadvantage of traditional control, Hollysys developed the HOLLiAS-APC Suit optimization control soRware based on over 20 years' accumulation and engineeringexperience in Industrial automatic, and it provides the possibility for some important control loops in the synthetic ammonia process device to improve control quality, reduce energy consumption, and to improve the enterprise benefit.
