ACE2-Ang(1-7)-Mas轴与慢性肾脏病的关系 被引量:1

摘要 慢性肾脏病(CKD)的发生、发展与肾素-血管紧张素系统(RAS)的过度激活有关,而RAS主要通过血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)-血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)-血管紧张素Ⅱ1型受体(AT1R)轴发挥生物学作用。近年研究发现,ACE2-Ang(1-7)-Mas轴具有拮抗ACE-AngⅡ-AT1R轴的作用,二者相互影响、交错复杂,共同调节肾脏的结构和功能,参与肾脏病理生理过程。探索ACE2-Ang(1-7)-Mas轴的生物学功能有望为CKD的治疗提供新的思路。
