摘要
对于逆向供应链的网络构建与弹性运作问题,提出了以弹性组员筛选、风险预警、制造与再制造、弹性仓库构建、弹性拥塞延误、弹性交通配送为一体的供应链架构。在传统模型的基础上,考虑分销网络节点供应失效的影响,从竞争型制造商和多源供应的视角出发构建了弹性闭环网络。结果表明,知识产权保护下的制造商S1利益会因为期望容忍水平的变化而受到影响,但是可以通过再设计后的预警保障来巩固制造商S1的利益。
Due to problems in network design and resilient management of closed-loop supply chain, an integrative framework is established, integrating resilient member seleetion/pre-warning/manufacturing and recycle/resilient inventory operation/resilient congestion delay/resilient transportation. Then a competitive multi-sourcing network with resilient management is established based on a general operational model of supply chain. According to the potential risk of the various distributors ~ failure, a multiple-source closed- loop supply with resilient management is made use of. It is found that the benefit of manufacturer S1 with patent protection will be impacted by the change of multi-level expectation tolerance, but can be improved by the redesigned pre-warning security.
