摘要
近年来超(超)临界机组在中国取得迅猛发展,350 MW^1 000 MW超(超)临界П型锅炉涵盖了目前国内新建的大部分燃煤机组,炉底灰斗是螺旋水冷壁的一个重要组成部分,目前上海锅炉厂有限公司设计的超(超)临界П型锅炉中,炉底灰斗水冷壁进口管屏采用的是窄节距和宽节距相结合的结构方式,在锅炉运行中存在着宽鳍片开裂的隐患,作为水冷系统的关键部件,对炉底进口管屏结构布置进行设计改进。
350 MW-1000 MW П type supercritical pressure boiler covers the most domestic fired units, rapidly developing in china for the past few years. Hopper water wall is the key component of boiler. At present our company designed hopper water wall used wide and narrow intercept way of combining the design, the wide fins cracking hidden trouble in the boiler operation. In this paper, the structure of furnace hopper water wall to carry on the design improvement.
