摘要
针对发射装置运动机构中关键件运动情况的可测试性差、产品现用的机械触发式微动开关的瞬间抖动、密封性差、寿命低等固有缺点,选择了霍尔传感器对运动机构的运动情况进行测试。根据实验数据分析,表明了霍尔传感器能够有效替代原来的微动开关。
The movement parameters of missile launcher machinery mechanism can 't be measured properly mow,and the mechanical microswitch used in missile launcher has the traits of moment dithering,bad seal performance and shot life. So the hall sensor is selected on the research of missile launcher machinery mechanism,the test result indicates the application of hall sensor to the mechanical microswitch can be substituted by the hall sensor.
