They have abundant human resources and low service cost, as well as practical experience for reference. The plight of the legal aid institutions of local university involved in the protection of young workers＇ rights lies in its unimportant, shortage of funds, lack of special field and practice department communication as well as propaganda. To get out of the plight, it is necessary to change the traditional ideas, perfecting the financing mechanism, proriding special field to legal aid institutions, strengthening cohesion and practice department communication, strengthening the propaganda for the young workers＇ groups to understand legal aid.
