Informatization and popularization of higher education have been the main cause of lower attraction of campus classes, which is not in accordance with the need of rapid social development and high quality professional development. However, it offers both challenges and opportunities, which will boost a teachers＇ professional transition from academic research to class teaching, to students＇ all-over development, and to the final goal of taking students＇ development as teachers＇ professional development.
