摘要
信息化和高等教育的大众化,使大学课堂的吸引力逐渐降低,这与社会高速发展对高素质人才快速增长的需要不相协调。但它在给高校教师带来职业挑战的同时,也提供了专业发展的契机,促使教师专业发展由过去更多地关注学术研究转向更注重课堂教学、注重学生的全面发展,把学生成长当作追求自身专业发展的核心动力。
Informatization and popularization of higher education have been the main cause of lower attraction of campus classes, which is not in accordance with the need of rapid social development and high quality professional development. However, it offers both challenges and opportunities, which will boost a teachers' professional transition from academic research to class teaching, to students' all-over development, and to the final goal of taking students' development as teachers' professional development.
