精神分裂症患者康复中家庭心理治疗的应用研究

The application of family psychotherapy in the rehabilitation of schizophrenia patients

目的研究精神分裂症患者康复中家庭心理治疗的应用效果。方法选取2013年～2016年收治的100例精神分裂症患者，随机分为普通康复组和家庭参与组，每组50例。普通康复组出院后仅坚持常规药物治疗；家庭参与组在普通康复组基础上增加家庭心理康复治疗，对比两组的康复情况。结果家庭参与组相比于普通康复组康复治疗依从性更高，复发率更低，SDSS量表评分、BPRS量表评分、SCL-90评分均更低（P〈0．05）。结论精神分裂症患者康复中家庭心理治疗的应用效果确切，值得推广。

Objective To study the application effect of family psychotherapy in the rehabilitation of schizophrenia patients. Methods 100 patients with schizophrenia were selected from 2013 - 2016. 100 cases were randomly divided into general rehabilitation group and family participation group, with 50 cases in each group. Ordinary rehabilitation group was discharged from the hospital only to adhere to conventional drug treatment; family participation group on the basis of the general rehabilitation group to increase family psychological rehabilitation treatment, compared with the two groups of rehabilitation. Results Compared to the general rehabilitation group, the family participation group had higher compliance, lower relapse rate, SDSS scale score, BPRS scale score, and SCL-90 score lower （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application effect of family psychotherapy in the rehabilitation of schizophrenia patients is definite, and it is worth popularizing.
