摘要
军事训练着眼先进军事理论、科学技术的学习固然重要。但指挥员的性格品质直接影响着部队作战效能的发挥与作战的结局,应重视其性格塑造,积极探索指挥员优良性格的培养途径。
The military training should consider the study of advanced military theory, science and technology. But the quality of the commander＇s character directly affects the performance of the army＇s combat effectiveness and the outcome of the war, we should pay attention to its characters, and actively explore the way to train the good characters of the commander.
