月桂酸复合相变材料的制备与性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 将膨胀石墨加入到月桂酸中,用熔融共混法制备了月桂酸复合相变材料,采用扫描电镜、差示扫描量热仪、综合热分析仪、傅里叶红外光谱仪等对复合相变材料的微观结构、相变性能、稳定性等性能进行了表征分析。测试结果表明,月桂酸复合相变材料结构上是硬脂酸与膨胀石墨的物理结合,未发生化学反应生成其他物质,保持了两者的优良性能;随着膨胀石墨含量的增加,复合相变材料热稳定性提高,导热性能增强,热效率提高,同时,相变温度和相变潜热降低。 Adding expanded graphite to laurie acid,the laurie acid/expanded graphite composite phase change mate- rials were prepared by melt-blending method. The microstructure, thermal properties, phase change behaviors and stability of materials were analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy, differential scanning calorimetry, comprehensive ther- mal analyzer and Fu Liye infrared spectrometer. The influence of expanded graphite on the structure and properties of laurie acid was studied. Experimental results showed that the materials were physical combination of laurie acid and expanded graphite, which was not a chemical interaction and maintained good properties of both. With the increase of expanded graph- ite content, the stability enhanced, thermal conductivity increased and the thermal efficiency increased. While the tempera ture and the latent heat of phase change decreased.
