高刚性ABS树脂的制备工艺研究

Study on preparation of high-rigidity ABS resin

采用熔融共混法进行ABS树脂的配方及制备工艺条件研究,通过调整ABS接枝粉料与SAN树脂比例和优化助剂体系,改善产品光泽度,平衡ABS产品韧性、刚性和流动性能,开发出高刚性ABS树脂产品。平行实验结果表明,在适宜的工艺条件下重复性较好。

The formula and technology of ABS resin by melt-mixing method were studied. Through adjusting the proportion of ABS grafting rubber powder and SAN resin and optimizing addition agent system, the glossiness, balance toughness, rigidity and flow property of ABS products were improved, exploited high-rigidity ABS resin products. The par- allel experimental results showed that it had good repeatability under appropriate process condition.
