摘要
使用电喷法和原位生成法结合制备了磁性壳聚糖(CS)微球,通过氨基化和负载镧改性制备了具有除氟性能的磁性CS微球吸附剂。采用批量实验法对微球吸附剂的氟离子吸附行为进行了研究。结果表明:当溶液pH=9,温度高于15℃,吸附时间超过8h时,吸附基本达到平衡。对于初始氟离子浓度为20mg/L的溶液,吸附剂对氟离子的去除率能达到96%以上。饱和吸附量为(19.747~25.556)mg/g。吸附过程符合Langmuir等温方程和准二级动力学方程。吸附剂制备过程简单,耗能低且环保,具有较好的应用前景。
The magnetic chitosan microspheres was prepared by electrospraying and in-situ generation method. And the adsorption of magnetic chitosan microspheres for fluoride was obtained via the amino modification and the loading of lanthanum on the microspheres. The removal properties of fluoride by the microspheres were studied via batch adsorption. The results showed that the adsorption of fluoride would get its balance when the pH value was 9, the temperature was higher than 15℃ ,the adsorption time exceeded 8h. The removal rate of fluoride was more than 96 ~/00 while the maximum adsorp- tion capacity of the adsorbents got 19. 747 to 25. 556mg/g at the initial fluorine ion concentration of 20 mg/L. The adsorption data well fitted Langmuir isotherms and pseudo-second order kinetic equation. The preparing process of adsorbent was simple, environ mental-friendly,cost lower and energy consumption. It was respected to have a good prospect for application.
