模拟太阳光下氮掺杂纳米TiO_2对甲基橙的降解性能 被引量:2

摘要 采用溶胶凝胶法制备了氮掺杂的纳米二氧化钛(TiO_2)光催化剂,以甲基橙的光催化降解为探针反应,用氙灯模拟太阳光,评价了其光催化活性,运用XRD、UV-Vis DRS和XPS等技术对制备的TiO_2进行表征,结果表明,氙灯下,500℃焙烧所制备的N掺杂TiO_2(N500)具有最佳的光催化活性,该催化剂为纯锐钛矿型,氮的质量掺杂量为0.7%,对波长400~550nm的可见光有较强的吸收。 Nitrogen-doped titania (TiO2) photocatalyst was prepared with tetrahutyl titanate and triethylamine as precursors by sol-gel method. The photocatalytic decomposition of methyl orange (MO) solution was used as a probe reae tion to estimate the photocatalytic activity under ultraviolet and simulated visible light irradiation. The catalysts were char- acterized with XRD,UV-Vis DRS and XPS. The results indicated that the simulated visible light photocatalytic ability of catalysts was improved,especially the nitrogen-doped sample calcined at 500℃ (N500) had a stronger visible light absorp tion from 400nm to 550nm,and its UV activity was not worse than that of the pure ones. The results of XRD and XPS showed that N500 was in anatase phase,and the doping amount of nitrogen was 0.7%.
