摘要
将纳米Fe_3O_4磁性颗粒加入到N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)和氯仿溶解聚己内酯(PCL)的聚合物溶液中,通过静电纺丝制备PCL/Fe_3O_4磁性复合纳米纤维。利用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、红外光谱仪、差示扫描量热分析及磁性演示对复合纤维的形貌尺寸、化学结构、热稳定性和磁性进行了表征。结果表明:所制得的磁性纳米纤维成型良好,且Fe_3O_4磁性颗粒分散在纳米纤维中,其与PCL是物理复合,复合纳米纤维具有一定的磁性,为PCL磁性复合纳米纤维的实际应用做了有益的探索研究。
PCL/Fe3O4 composite nanofibers were prepared by electrospinning. The structure and properties of nano- fibers were characterized by SEM,XRD, FT IR and DSC. The results showed that the morphology of PCL/Fe3 O4 nanofi- hers were uniform and continuous and Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles were physically dispersed in the composite. The nanofi- hers showed a certain magnetic property. Some beneficial investigation were made for the preparation of polycaprolactone magnetic nanocomposite fibers.
