酰胺基增塑剂对ACS与纤维间粘合强度的影响

摘要 采用盐酸对玉米淀粉进行酸解降粘处理制备酸解淀粉(ACS)。以甲酰胺、乙酰胺、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺和尿素为增塑剂,考察了它们对ACS与棉纤维间粘合强度的影响,评价了它们对粘合强度影响的优劣,探讨了相对影响效果最好酰胺基增塑剂品种用量对粘合强度的影响规律。结果表明,在相对干基ACS比均为10%(wt,质量分数,下同)条件下,4种酰胺基增塑剂均能够有效改善ACS与棉纤维间的粘合作用,其中甲酰胺对粘合强度的改善作用最好。随着甲酰胺对ACS用量的增加,粘合强度呈现先增大后降低的趋势,且甲酰胺对ACS比为10%左右时,粘合强度相对最好。 The synthesis of acid-converted starch (ACS) was performed through hydrolyzing cornstarch with hydro chloric acid. By using formamide,acetamide, N, N-dimethylformamide and urea as plasticizers, effects of them on adhesion strength of ACS to cotton fibers were investigated. Differences in effects on adhesion strength generated by plasticizers were estimated,and influence law of mass ratio of plasticizer that exhibited the best effect to ACS on the adhesion strength was discussed. The experimental results showed that,in the condition that mass ratio of four amide plasticizers to dry ACS was 10 % ,adhesion of ACS to cotton fibers was improved by using the plasticizers, and formamide exhibited greater adhesion compared with the other plasticizers. With the increase in mass ratio of formamide to dry ACS, the increased and then de- creased adhesion strengths were shown,and when the ratio was about 10% ,the best adhesion was displayed.
