水溶液中电泳沉积制备纳米铝热剂Al/Fe_2O_3 被引量:1

摘要 采用柠檬酸和丙烯酸分别作纳米Fe_2O_3和纳米Al的分散剂,利用电泳沉积方法在水溶液中制备Al/Fe_2O_3纳米铝热剂。与采用有机溶剂相比,该实验电压和电泳时间降至20V及10min。利用SEM、XRD、FT-IR、Zeta电位和TG-DSC对样品进行表征。结果表明:纳米Fe_2O_3和纳米Al表面均修饰有羧基,在水溶液中能较稳定存在;悬浮液中Al∶Fe_2O_3(摩尔质量比)为5∶1时放热量最大,达到5973J/g。 Abstract Citric acid and acrylic acid were utilized as dispersants for nano-Fe2O3 and nano-Al, respectively. Nano Al/Fe2O3 thermite was prepared by electrophoretic deposition in aqueous solution, the voltage and electrophoresis time here were significantly as lower as to 20V and 10min. The properties of thermite were analysed using experimental techniques in- cluding SEM,XRD, FT-IR, Zeta potential and TG-DSC. The Fe2 O3 nanoparticles(NPs) and AI NPs were successfully modi- fied with carboxyl and existed in aqueous solution stably. The total energy of heat source reached highest 5973J/g with the condition that n(Al) : n(Fe2O3 ) = 5 = 1 in aqueous solution.
