菠萝叶的化学成分及生物活性研究进展

Research progress in chemical component and biological activity of pineapple leaf

菠萝叶在民间药物中有广泛的应用,菠萝叶中已分离鉴定出酚类、甾体类和酰胺类化合物等,具有降糖脂、抗菌、抗氧化和防晒等生物活性,在医药、保健食品以及化妆品等行业具有广阔的应用前景。但目前有关菠萝叶中的化学成分及其生物活性的研究较少。笔者综述了菠萝叶化学成分及其相关生物活性的研究进展,对其今后的发展进行了展望。

Pineapple leaves have many applications in folk medicines. Phenolic,steroidal,amide and the other chemi- cal compounds have been isolated and identification in pineapple leaves. And it showed antidiabetic, antihyperlipidemic, anti- bacterial,antioxidant and anti-UV activity. So it has broad application prospects in the fields of medicine, health food, cos- metics and so on. But information about its chemical constituents and biological activities is limited. The research progress of chemical constituents and biological activities of pineapple leaves was reviewed. Finally the prospect for its development in the future was present.
