摘要
以萜类化合物为主的植物提取后的残渣为配方原料,采用喷雾制粒和NaOH改性等工艺制备出一种卷烟用多孔材料。通过扫描电镜、孔隙分析仪、红外光谱对多孔材料表面形貌、比表面积及孔隙结构、表面官能团进行表征。将多孔材料添加到卷烟滤棒中进行卷烟应用分析。结果表明,多孔材料表面存在众多孔洞,兼有少量褶皱,孔主要以较大的介孔为主,具有较高的比表面积和孔容;多孔材料复合滤棒可以降低卷烟主流烟气中的焦油和7种有害物质;与未使用多孔材料的复合滤棒相比降幅分别达到焦油12.79%,CO8.78%,苯并(a)芘(B(a)P))21.61%,亚硝胺(NNK)3.91%,巴豆醛3.82%,氢氰酸(HCN)18.47%,氨离子3.90%和苯酚29.79%;多孔材料复合滤棒可以增加烟香丰富性,提高烟气浓度并改善刺激。
Porous material for cigarette was prepared by spray method and NaOH modification with the residue of terpenoids as mainly raw material. The structure and properties of porous material were characterized by scanning electron microscope,specific surface area and pore analyzer and infrared spectrum. The porous material was added to the cigarette filter and the adsorption performance of filter composited porous material was studied. The results showed that porous ma- terial with a large number of pores and less wrinkles on the surface mainly had larger mesoporous and had high specific sur- face areas and pore volumes. In addition, the adsorbent had rich functional groups and more components. Compared to the control cigarettes,the filter composited porous materials can reduce the tar and seven hazardous substances of cigarette ma- instream smoke. The decreasing of hazardous substances was tar 12.79% ,CO 8. 78% ,B(a)P 21.61% ,NNK 3.91% ,ero- tonaldehyde 3.82%,HCN 18.47% ,NH 3.90% and phenol 29.79%. Sensory evaluation showed that the material could significantly enrich and soften the aroma of smoke and increased smoke concentration and decreased the pungent.
