工业园区企业排水水质调研及园区纳管常规指标限值雏议 被引量:5

Investigation on water quality of wastewater from enterprises in industrial park and suggestions on routine water quality index limits for the wastewater collected by drainage pipe network

摘要 针对我国相关标准对工业园区企业排水间接排放标准限值要求不统一的问题,通过工业园区内企业排水的BOD_5、COD等常规指标调研,发现不同行业企业排水中各污染物浓度数据离散度很高。企业排水经预处理后BOD_5和COD明显降低,而NH3-N、TN、TP的处理效果一般。由于工业园区内大部分企业设有预处理工艺,企业排水经过预处理,BOD_5均值由949 mg/L降至55mg/L,B/C均值由0.39降至0.26,可生化性降低,给后续末端废水厂集中处理增加了难度。针对该情况,提出工业园区纳管常规指标限值建议,以期提高并有效利用公共废水处理厂的集中处理能力,实现更高的整体社会经济效益。 Based on the fact that the standard limit values of indirect drainage from industrial park enterprises were not unified in relevant standards in China, an investigation on routine indexes of the wastewater from enterprises in industrial park including BOD5, COD and so on was carried out. The results showed a huge dispersion of the index values in wastewater from different enterprises. After pretreatment, BOD5 and COD all decreased rapidly while the removal effects on NH3--N, TN and TP were general. Due to the fact that most enterprises in this industrial park employed pre-treatment for wastewater, the average BOD5 in wastewater from enterprises dropped from 949 mg/L to 55 mg/L and B/C dropped from 0. 39 to 0. 26. This would increase with difficulty for the operation of the following wastewater treatment plant. As a result, this paper offered some suggestion for the water quality index limits for the wastewater collected by drainage pipe network of industrial park, which might be helpful for the wastewater treatment plant and better social economic.
