武术套路与其他格斗项目后手拳击打效果的比较

The Comparison of Rear-hand Strike between Chinese Wushu and Other Combat Sports

采用实验法,比较武术套路与其他格斗项目运动员在无信号和有信号方式下后手拳的击打效果。结果显示:拳击、散打、武术套路后手拳的峰值击打力和加速度排名前三,拳击组的反应最快,而被试的训练年限与后手拳击打力、加速度存在关联。提示:武术套路运动员具备一定的格斗基础,不是所谓的"花架子"。

The study adopted the experiment to test the rear-hand punch produced by Chinese wushu and other combat sports athletes ,respectively, under the two conditions of signal and non- signal ones. The results show that the peak force and acceleration of the rear-hand punch from boxing, sanda and taolu are ranked top three in sequence, with the fastest response for the boxing group though. At the same time, there is correlation between the training years and the punch impact. The conclusion has been drawn that wushu taolu athletes have possessed certain combating basis, instead of the ones what the others consider as ＂impractical＂.
