摘要
医疗卫生领域的数据正在呈爆炸式增长,医学与大数据的结合迫在眉睫,为医学发展注入了新的活力。大数据不仅可以预测疾病发生发展,提高早期诊断率,而且能够为患者提供最佳治疗方案,节约医疗成本,同时可以加强慢性病的有效管理,促进疾病转归。此外,大数据技术还引发了医生思维的变革,由传统追求因果性的思维方式转变为更加注重相关性。自主研发的Idata内分泌大数据库正在建立,其不断完善的过程需与哲学思想相结合,旨在实现内分泌代谢性疾病患者资料的有效保存和资源共享,推动整体医学的发展。
As the data in the fields of medical and health care are exploding,it is imminent to combine medical science and big data,which injects a new vitality into the development of medical science.Big data can not only predict the generation and development of disease,improve the early diagnosis rate,but also can provide the best treatment plan for patients and reduce the medical costs.At the same time,it is able to strengthen the effective management of chronic disease and improve health outcome.Beyond that,big data raises the change of doctors' thought,from the traditional pursuit of causal way of thinking to pay more attention to the correlation.The Idata endocrine medical database which researches independently by the authors' team is being built,and its continuous improvement should be combined with philosophical thought,so as to achieve the effective conservation and resource sharing of the data of endocrine metabolic disease patients,and furthermore promote the development of holistic medicine.
